Robin Vaughan currently serves as the Associate Director of Health Care Administration at the University of Florida, Department of Anesthesiology. She has over 15 years of experience in finance and budget management which has provided her with extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. She has successfully managed large budgets, led financial audits, and developed financial strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability. She holds a Master of Business (MBA) from the University of Florida. As a Board Member and Board President previously in the non-profit sector, she has also been involved in budget planning and expense management tools which deepened her understanding of the unique financial challenges faced by non-profit organizations. She is a veteran of the US Army serving in the Army’s Installation Management Command as Operations Executive Officer in Project Management Analyst.
